Could this be the pestilence?

While the world is yet to get a solution to the dreaded Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) then came Avian influenza (Bird Flu) which later subsided then suddenly came the dreaded Ebola virus that caused the earth to tremble.
Now comes Lassa fever and the Zika virus that is gaining grounds on the earth. Could this be the Pestilence? As stated in the scriptures Matthew 24:7b and there shall be famines, and PESTILENCES, and earthquakes, in divers places.
