Boko Haram Attacks Village in Maiduguri

At least more than 65 persons have been feared dead in the north-east region of Nigeria in a gun and bomb attack by the suspected terrorist group Boko Haram.

Fires from the affected villages could be seen in the city of Maiduguri, nearly 10km away.
An eye witness reported hearing the screams of children as huts were set on fire. Other survivors says the shootings the previous night(Saturday evening) continued for hours and left no part of the village untouched.
The terrorist group used both guns and explosives in the attack.
